The 70 square meter apartment is located on the 7th floor of the building and can be accessed via elevator.Great place in the centre of Paris. Walking distance to a lot of things to explore. Great neighbourhood.A/C in each rooms ideal for summer. If you poke your head out the bedroom window you are treated to your first view of the Eiffel Tower (yay!). The unit looks exactly like the photos; in fact, maybe even nicer. It wiill suit in all ways with 2 comfortable large beds, an easy living space to settle in for the evening, and walkable to Louvre, Notre Dame, Rue Montorgueil etc.
Grocery store downstairs is very convenient and more than one nearby Metro line to chose from .All appliances are new, bathrooms clearly newly renovated and with great water pressure and the toilets are ultra-modern automated machines of wonder.
